Shipping Policy

CLAWSET has a shipping policy when ordering any product. According to the website clawset.co, all orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

The Shipping Policy is intended for the customer to study and understand terms, conditions and the customers ‘rights and restrictions on handling shipping on the clawset.co website in order to benefit the customer in the most efficient way possible.

Shipping

  • Shipping on the CLAWSET website will be delivered according to the order number, where multiple products with the same order number may be shipped separately depending on product type, warehouse location of that product, and the discretion of the company.
  • All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. If the delivery time is more than expected, we will contact the customer via the phone number or email address used to place the order. In addition, in the case of certain products that are in high demand in the market, there may be delays in delivery.
  • CLAWSET cut off the delivery time no later than 13:00. If it is later than business hours, it will be delivered the next day.
  • In case the customer calls Grab to pick up the product by himself, it has to be picked up between 10.30 – 17.00.
  • CLAWSET uses postal, Flash or other couriers, which is the most convenient and cost-effective service provider to reduce the burden of paying for the transportation of all customers.
  • Shipping fee 30 baht. In case of collecting the product on delivery (COD), the shop will collect an additional 20 baht from the normal shipping price for every order.
  • CLAWSET reserves the right not to deliver products in the case where address details and delivery information is incomplete.
  • You cannot change the delivery location after the order has been completed.
  • If the damage is directly caused by the delivery of the product, we will be responsible for the compensation of the goods according to the product value you have paid. You can read more details about such compensation at Return and Refund Policy
  • CLAWSET reserves the right to choose to receive one item out of multiple items.
  • The courier is the only person delivering the goods. There is no authority to decide on the return of goods in all cases. If in doubt, please contact CLAWSET Customer Service Center.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to accidents or natural disasters along the shipping route.

Shipping Guarantee

  • Please sign the document of receipt of goods every time to use as evidence in case you want to return the product.
  • CLAWSET will be responsible for replacement or return of goods in all cases of fault by CLAWSET.

We reserve the right not to be liable for any damage of the product beyond the declared value of the product in any case.

In the event that the parcel is delivered incorrectly due to the wrong address information:

  • In the event that the customer has entered the wrong delivery address information and caused the delivery of the parcel to be incorrect such as parcels being sent elsewhere, or to the wrong address, no compensation can be obtained from CLAWSET. The shipper may attempt to contact you if they believe that the address provided is in error. If the carrier is unable to contact you, your parcel may have been dropped into the warehouse of the carrier. If so, CLAWSET will help coordinate and contact the service provider for initial inspection.
